Job Description
DDE Solar Solutions is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, committed to helping
homeowners and businesses make the switch to clean, renewable energy. We are currently
seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Representative to join our team in California.
Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer needs and educate them about the benefits of solar power

Provide accurate and detailed information about solar systems, financing options, incentives, and rebates
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote referral business

Prepare and present customized solar proposals, including system design, financial analysis, and ROI calculations
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer support
-
Stay updated with industry trends, solar technologies, and incentive programs to effectively address customer inquiries

Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and ethical business practices
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is preferred

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding quotas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Knowledge of solar energy systems, renewable energy policies, and financial incentives in California is a plus
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
